COVID-19 Update from Hayes Florist - 04/02/2020

Dear Customer,

The Florida Governor Ron deSantis has issued an executive order requesting that all non-essential business close from midnight tonight until April 30th, as part of the 'Safer At Home' initiative. As we do not meet the criteria for an essential business, we will be closing all operations at 5:00pm tonight.

We have switched on a limited Mother's Day category, hoping that we will be fully operational to deliver arrangements to Mom for the May 10th Holiday. Please place your order(s) as soon as possible - this will really help us judge flower requirements as we will only have 1 week prior after hopefully reopening. We WILL NOT process your credit card until we are 100% sure we can deliver for Mother's Day, usually on the prior Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

COVID-19 is having a major impact on the life of our customers, our staff, and other small business such as ourselves. We encourage all our customers to support their local small businesses where they can. Our hope is that we will all weather this crisis, stay healthy, and continue to provide our best service to our customers old and new for many years to come.

We would like you to think of the positive message and power flowers can bring: a sense of calm and stress release, a reminder of happy occasions, and a message of love and comfort.

We wish you, your families, friends, and loved ones all the best in this time of struggle. Stay strong and we will pull through. We will post an update if there is any changes to the above.

Thank you for reading.
