COVID-19 Update from Hayes Florist - 04/30/2020

Dear Customer,

The Florida Governor has modified restrictions on non-essential business, allowing retail storefronts to open with reduced capacity from Monday, May 4th. This will allow Hayes Florist to resume offering 'Carry Out' arrangements from our store and scheduled pickups. We will continue the practice of 'Contactless Delivery'. The showroom has been laid out with 'Keep Your Distance' markers to keep customers and staff as safe as possible. We would like anyone entering the store to wear a mask or fabric covering if they have one.

Our staff are instructed to strictly follow CDC, State and local guidelines regarding distancing from co-workers, will wear a mask at all times, and ensure all surfaces in the store are sanitized regularly.

As fresh flower supplies are currently limited, please be aware that we may have to make substitutions to arrangements offered on the website. We will always keep the color, style and value in any substitution made. Orders must be placed by 12 noon for same day delivery.

On arrival at the recipients' address, our driver will ring the door bell, put the arrangement in a safe, shaded place at or near the doorstep, step back at least 6ft and wait for the door to open. If no one comes to the door then the driver will leave a message for the recipient, describing the time of delivery and location. If there is no safe place or weather conditions do not permit the arrangement to be left, then the arrangement will be returned to the store to await instructions from the recipient.

We wish you, your families, friends, and loved ones all the best in this time of struggle. Stay strong and we will pull through. We will post an update if there is any changes to the above.

Thank you for reading.
